Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen (if frozen, no need to thaw)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen (if frozen, no need to thaw)
  • 14 ounces shaved steak (e.g., thinly sliced ribeye, sirloin, or “sandwich steak”)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (full-fat, check for no added sugar)
