  • ½ cup Swerve Sweetener (granular or confectioners, depending on desired texture)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Frosting:

  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (HWC)
  • 1 ½ ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 2 teaspoons Swerve Sweetener (confectioners recommended for frosting)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Equipment:

  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer (hand mixer or stand mixer) or sturdy whisk
  • Small mixing bowl (for frosting)
  • Mini muffin liners or silicone baking cups (highly recommended for easy removal)

Instructions:
