  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 cups pepperoni, cut into quarters (or mini pepperoni)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water, as needed

Instructions:
