  • 18 large eggs

  • 1 cup cooked meat of your choice, chopped or crumbled (e.g., cooked ground sausage, bacon bits, diced ham, shredded chicken)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray or a light greasing (for baking dish)
